Dr. H. C. Yee (Helen M.C. Yee) obtained her PhD from the University of California, Berkeley, majoring in continuum and discrete dynamical systems and minoring in applied mathematics. After her PhD she worked at the NASA Ames Research Center for 40 years performing fundamental research in the fields of computational physics, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and nonlinear dynamics: (I) In the 80s and 90s she concentrated on numerical algorithm development in high-resolution shock-capturing methods and low dissipative high order methods for highspeed shock/turbulence/combustion interactions for gas dynamics and MHD systems. She and her international collaborators also worked extensively in the area of “Dynamics of Numerics for Computational Physics”, which has important implications on the interpretation and reliability of complex nonlinear numerical simulations in general and on the numerical prediction of flow transition by DNS in particular.

Dr Ruxandra Botez has finalized her Masters in Engineering in Bucharest, Romania at the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering in 1984, her Masters in Applied Sciences in Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal, Canada in 1989 and her PhD in McGill University in Montreal, Canada in 1994. She worked at the ICABrasov Factory of Helicopters Puma and Alouette helicopters development in Romania (1984-1987) and at Bombardier Aerospace in Aircraft Engineering in Montreal as AeroServoElasticity task leader during 1995-1997. She worked as Postdoctoral Fellow at Auburn University during 1994-1995. She works as Full Professor at Ecole de Technologie Superieure (ETS), part of the Quebec University in Montreal, Canada since 1998. Ruxandra is the Canada Research Chair Tier 1 Holder in Aircraft Modeling and Simulation Technologies since 2011, and she is the Founder and Head of the Laboratory of Applied Research in Active Controls, Avionics and AeroServoElasticity LARCASE since 2003. The LARCASE laboratory is equipped with 2 research aircraft flight simulators equipped with Level D (highest certified level by flight authorities FAA) for 2 aircraft: Cessna Citation X Business Aircraft (one of the fastest business jets in the world) and CRJ700 Bombardier Aircraft, a Wind Tunnel for aerodynamic related research and an Unmanned Aerial System UAS-S4 from Hydra Technologies in Mexico. The flight simulators were developed by CAE for research needs of Dr Botez and her team. Ruxandra is a Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), the Canadian Academy of Engineering (CAE), Canadian Aeronautical Society Institute (CASI), Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS) and many other organizations. She is also Honorary Member of the Romanian Academy. Ruxandra is the Editor-in-Chief of the INCAS Bulletin and Associate Editor of 10 other journals. Ruxandra graduated more than 460 students in her academic career, who worked on her research projects: 27 PhD students, 160 Masters students (projects and theses) and 300 Internship students. Ruxandra published more than 200 archival original journal articles, 350 conference papers and 7 invited book chapters. Ruxandra and her team have obtained more than 70 awards and she also gave more than 50 invited speaker presentations. Ruxandra projects were and are realized in collaboration with international teams from Bombardier, CAE, CMC Electronics, Bell Helicopter Textron, Thales Aerospace, GlobVision, FLIR Systems, IAR-NRC, Presagis and NASA, Alenia and CIRA, Hydra Technologies, DLR, INCAS and other.

Antonio Henriques de Araujo Junior is an Associate Professor at the State University of Rio de Janeiro, teaching courses on strategic and economic planning as well as Economic Engineering. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in transportation from Bergische Universität Wuppertal, Germany (1979), and a Master’s in Economics from the University of São Paulo (1990). Additionally, he has specialized in Microeconomics (1987) and Business Administration (1998). In 2004, he completed a Ph.D. in Production Engineering at the same institution and has undertaken postdoctoral research at renowned institutions, including the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica in São Paulo and several European universities. With over 30 years of experience in the automotive and aeronautical industries, his academic and scientific production focuses on productivity, efficiency, and performance in economic engineering.

Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in 1974 and received PhD- degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey. He studied at Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post doctoral research scientist in 1986-1987, and his studies focused on shape memory alloys. He worked as research assistant, 1975-80, at Dicle University and shifted to Firat University in 1980. He became professor in 1996, and he has been retired due to the age limit of 67, following academic life of 45 years. He published over 80 papers in international and national journals; He joined over 120 conferences and symposia in international and national level as Plenary Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Invited speaker, speaker or Poster presenter. He served the program chair or conference chair/co-chair in some of these activities. In particular, he joined in last six years (2014 - 2019) over 60 conferences as Speaker, Keynote Speaker and Conference Co-Chair organized by different companies in different countries.

Dr. Bob Walton is a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Decision Sciences, College of Business, at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide (ERAU). Dr. Walton received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in Geography. He holds a Master of Aeronautical Sciences and a Master of Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Master of Business Administration from Sacred Heart University Luxembourg, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration with an aviation cognate. Dr. Walton has published in numerous academic journals and authored books on air cargo operations, the aerospace industry, statistics, research methodology, and aviation psychology. He has presented his research at numerous professional conferences worldwide.

Robert A. Goehlich studied Aerospace Engineering and received his Doctoral in Engineering (Dr.-Ing.) in 2003 at the Technical University Berlin. He created and lectured the worlds first "Space Tourism" Masters and PhD courses as a Visiting Professor at Keio University (Yokohama, Japan) from 2003 to 2005. Since 2006, he has developed or managed various projects at a leading aerospace company. In 2008, he received his Doctoral degree in Economics (Dr. rer. pol.) at the European Business School (Oestrich-Winkel, Germany).
